MACA IN ACTION
Israel Day Parade 2026
Stronger Together
Dear MACA Family,
There are moments that stay with you long after they’re over — moments where you look around and feel the full weight of something meaningful. This year’s Israel Day Parade was one of those moments.Nearly 90 of us took to the streets together — shoulder to shoulder, flag in hand, hearts full — and showed the world exactly who we are. We marched not just as individuals, but as a community bound by shared values, shared history, and an unbreakable love for the Jewish people and the State of Israel. In a time when solidarity matters more than ever, you showed up. And that means everything.
You represented MACA with pride, with dignity, and with joy. Every step you took down that parade route was a statement — a declaration that we stand together, that we are proud, and that we are strong. The spirit you brought was electric, and it did not go unnoticed.
To every marcher, every family member who came to cheer, every person who wore our colors and carried our banner — thank you. Thank you for bringing your energy. Thank you for being the living, breathing heart of this community.
The parade showed us what we’re capable of when we come together. Now let’s take that same energy and put it to work where our students need it most.
But Our Work Doesn’t Stop Here.
The parade was a celebration — and it was also a reminder of why what we do matters so deeply. Antisemitism on college campuses is real, it is rising, and our students need us. Jewish students deserve to feel safe, supported, and proud on every campus in this country. MACA is committed to making sure they never feel alone.
That’s where you come in.
We are calling on every member of this community to get involved. Here’s how you can help us keep fighting:
Bring Powerful Speakers to Campus — We are working to connect students with voices that inspire, educate, and empower. Your support helps make that happen.
Show Up at Events & Campus Activations — Presence is powerful. When we show up together, we send a message that cannot be ignored.
Help Us Fundraise — Every dollar goes directly toward our mission of supporting Jewish students and combating antisemitism where it lives.
Volunteer With MACA — We need hands, hearts, and hours. Whether you can give an afternoon or a full commitment, there is a place for you on this team.

This year, we marched as 70.
Next year, we march as 180!
We are already dreaming about what’s ahead — more voices, more faces, more of the unstoppable MACA spirit filling the streets of New York. Together, we will make next year even bigger, even louder, and even more unforgettable.
SAVE THE DATE
2027 Israel Day Parade will be on Sunday, May 23
Until then, hold your head high. You did something beautiful — and the best is yet to come.
With gratitude, pride, and so much excitement for what’s to come,
Miriam Zivin
President of the Board
